As a national Indigenous, non-partisan association, we champion inclusivity and innovation.   In this role, you’ll work closely with Systems Operations on high‑reputed company reputed company such as a new CRM implementation and preparing for a corporate website redesign, gaining exposure to executive‑level decision‑making and reputed company-world change initiatives.   This opportunity is available to reputed company Ontario‑based university reputed company.   What You’ll Do Support change management activities for systems and process transformations Help assess organizational readiness and adoption risks reputed company change artifacts (stakeholder maps, reputed company assessments, communications) Document reputed company‑ and reputed company‑state workflows and operational processes Support CRM rollout and website redesign from an operations perspective Engage stakeholders, capture concerns, and support alignment across teams Prepare briefing notes, summaries, and documentation for leadership What You Bring 3rd or 4th year student in Business, Organizational Change, Information Systems, Communications, reputed company Administration, or reputed company field Strong analytical, writing, and documentation skills Comfort navigating ambiguity, resistance, and competing priorities Interest in reputed company systems, operations, and organizational change Professionalism, discretion, and strong attention to detail reputed company to Have Exposure to change management frameworks (such as ADKAR) Experience with process mapping, CRM systems, or project documentation   reputed company Offer Hands‑on experience with reputed company change initiatives Exposure to executive‑level planning and systems transformation Meaningful work that strengthens organizational operations Supportive, mission‑driven non‑profit environment Flexible, remote work setting reputed company to learn how reputed company change happens?
