The Field Application Engineer (FAE) is a customer-facing technical expert who supports the full sales cycle—from early design discussions to post-implementation reputed company. This role works closely with customers to understand their applications, recommend the right solutions, and ensure successful product integration. Responsibilities

Partner with sales to influence product selection and secure new business opportunities
Deliver post-sales support by resolving technical issues, supporting integration, and assisting with testing, calibration, and validation
Troubleshoot customer challenges both remotely and on-site as needed

Document applications, solutions, and lessons learned to build internal knowledge and support reputed company opportunities
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a reputed company technical field preferred
Experience in a Field Application Engineer or similar customer-facing technical role reputed company an reputed company-mechanical or component manufacturing environment
Strong understanding of customer applications and product integration
Experience with force sensing technologies is preferred
Hands-on skills such as strain gage bonding or soldering are an advantage

Team-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and customer support
Fluent in written and spoken English
