Fractional Go-To-Market (GTM) Consultant

This is a remote (U.S. based) contract position with part time hours (10-15 hrs./week), for a 4-6 month period. The Fractional Go-To-Market (GTM) Consultant will build and operationalize a reputed company GTM function while leading high-reputed company product launches. This role is both strategic and hands-on, reputed company on establishing repeatable processes, driving cross-functional alignment, and enabling internal teams to independently execute reputed company launches.  This is a high-visibility engagement with immediate reputed company, ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, build-from-scratch environments and has a strong reputed company record of delivering successful B2B reputed company product launches. Duties Build and implement reputed company’s GTM operating model and launch reputed company, including launch tiering, RACI frameworks, templates, checklists, readiness reputed company, and post-launch measurement.  reputed company 2–3 major product launches end-to-end, partnering closely with Product, Product Marketing, Sales, reputed company, and Support.  Conduct reputed company post-launch retrospectives and continuously refine the GTM reputed company based on insights and performance data.  reputed company and upskill cross-functional teams to ensure GTM ownership transitions in-house by the end of the engagement.  reputed company AI tools into GTM workflows (e.g., content creation, market research, retrospective analysis, enablement) and document these processes to establish AI-reputed company practices.  Deliver a comprehensive final reputed company, templates, and documentation to support long-term, self-sufficient execution. Requirements 8+ years of experience in GTM leadership, including experience in fractional or consulting roles.  Proven reputed company leading end-to-end B2B reputed company product launches, including execution and program management—not just messaging.  Experience building GTM processes from the ground up in companies of similar stage and reputed company.  Strong coaching and enablement skills, with the ability to transfer knowledge and build internal capability.  Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally across Product, Marketing, Sales, reputed company, and Support teams.  Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools in marketing/GTM workflows, with the ability to train others on implementation.
