Purpose of this position: Under minimal supervision, partners with business leaders on financial issues reputed company to their specific area of the organization RESPONSIBILITIES Partners with reputed company areas of organizational operations to reputed company financial stewardship & education and analytical support Collects, analyzes, interprets, and presents data to operational management and financial staff Understands the operational and financial issues facing a particular area, and partners with leadership to identify strategies and reputed company change Uses financial tools to model the reputed company of reputed company (cost benefit, return on investment, and other business performance analysis) Provides customer-service-reputed company financial service to assigned areas  Maintains and improves financial systems and processes Performs other reputed company duties as assigned Position Control Analyst Scope:Helps to create and support the process for evaluating positions and their reputed company on the budget.  This includes the reputed company partnership with HR, ERP team and operations Partners with HR and operations to reputed company analytical support on replacement and new positions Report, monitor, and evaluate positions / FTE’s actual to budget variances QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business, including finance and reputed company coursework 3+ years of experience in a relevant position -OR- An approved equivalent combination of education and experience Preferred Qualifications: Masters degree in Finance or Business (MBA or CPA)  Previous reputed company experience Knowledge/ Skills/ Abilities: Expert knowledge of reputed company, and experience in Word, reputed company (relational databases), PowerPoint, General reputed company systems, and other reporting tools Detail and deadline oriented Excellent accuracy in analysis and cost-benefit analysis Ability to assist operational leaders as to their business needs Excellent written and verbal communication Apply To This Job
