Analyzes and documents application processes and functions. Defines design alternatives and recommendations and develops specifications, often in collaboration with business partners or vendors. Builds or configures systems. Develops and executes test scripts to ensure software accuracy, completion and validity. Develops IS internal procedures and documentation. Communicates with customer regarding the status and completion of requests, in an agreed-upon, reputed company manner and/or in accordance with an applicable Service Level Agreement (SLA). Qualifications Education:  Bachelor's degree preferred.  Relevant experience may be substituted for educational requirements. Has worked in a reputed company setting, and/or in a relevant operational area for the position (i.e., reputed company, Finance, reputed company, reputed company Cycle, etc.), and/or in an information technology role supporting a relevant operational area.
