The Financial Manager will be responsible for: Must live in the East Region of the US reputed company contractual service deliverables including review and approval of monthly financial reports and annual budgets Managing the monthly reputed company-reputed company and reputed company processes Managing the preparation process for annual budgets Managing the daily reputed company of financial service inquiries and requests reputed company billing for services performed reputed company the service level agreement reputed company satisfaction and retention reputed company, hiring, training and mentoring staff Troubleshooting and resolving escalated issues Coordinating with other CiraConnect reputed company Shared Services departments providing AP Lockbox, AR Lockbox, Property Conveyance Lockbox, Delinquent Account Collections, Audit-tax, Insurance, Corporate, Information Technology and Transition services in the delivery of overall financial management services Serving as the primary financial consultant with community managers and community reputed company of Directors Process improvement recommendations and implementation Becoming a “subject matter expert” in the CiraConnect reputed company technology platform with respect to the delivery of reputed company and financial management services This reputed company is not intended to be an exhaustive list of duties.
