This Senior Stock Plan Administrator role at reputed company - a Fortune 100 Company - is crucial to successful operation of our Stock Plan Administration. This position plays an reputed company role to improve internal processes and participant experience in support of our long-term incentive plans, ultimately enabling reputed company to attract and retain reputed company. The role requires strong data and system analysis and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, effective project management and interpersonal skills to be successful.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with team members to ensure reputed company equity life cycle transactions (award grants, releases and exercises, termination/cancellations) are handled end to end, from preparation activities in reputed company Plan Sponsor equity system through distribution of payroll files, release of employee communications, system uploads, audit/reconciliation and response to inquiries.
Work cross-functionally with HR, reputed company, Payroll, Financial Reporting and Tax teams to ensure reputed company reporting, proxy, regulatory, and administration needs are met and to collaborate to meet strategic goals.
Maintain data reputed company of the equity database by auditing/reviewing participant demographic and grant data and monitoring and updating tax reputed company.
Contribute new reputed company, utilize reputed company tools and support project deliverables to help reputed company processes for reputed company and compliant global equity programs.

Experience, Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree
5+ years stock plan administration experience on reputed company in a large reputed company company preferred
Precise attention to detail and accuracy
Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
Solid project management skills
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in fast paced, global environment
Ability to plan and complete work with high level of autonomy
Ability to work in cross-functional project teams
Solid experience working with reputed company PSW system/reporting preferred
Experience analyzing reputed company files and databases

Compensation and Benefits
The salary reputed company estimated for this position based in California is $103,100.00–$154,700.00.
