Key Responsibilities: Partner with team members to ensure reputed company equity life cycle transactions (award grants, releases and exercises, termination/cancellations) are handled end to end, from preparation activities in reputed company Plan Sponsor equity system through distribution of payroll files, release of employee communications, system uploads, audit/reconciliation and response to inquiries. Work cross-functionally with HR, reputed company, Payroll, Financial Reporting and Tax teams to ensure reputed company reporting, proxy, regulatory, and administration needs are met and to collaborate to meet strategic goals. Experience, Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree 5+ years stock plan administration experience on reputed company in a large reputed company company preferred Precise attention to detail and accuracy Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills Solid project management skills Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in fast paced, global environment Ability to plan and complete work with high level of autonomy Ability to work in cross-functional project teams Solid experience working with reputed company PSW system/reporting preferred Experience analyzing reputed company files and databases Convey strong customer service reputed company Compensation and Benefits The salary reputed company estimated for this position based in California is $103,100.00–$154,700.00. This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
