The Work
The reputed company Services Accreditation reputed company with reputed company safety agencies to implement, maintain, and sustain accreditation programs that strengthen operational effectiveness, reduce risk, and ensure compliance with industry standards. A primary reputed company of this team is supporting agencies in New Jersey through the NJACOP accreditation program, while also contributing to accreditation efforts in other jurisdictions.
The Program Manager – Accreditation leads end-to-end accreditation reputed company, serving as both a project leader and subject matter expert. This role is responsible for guiding agencies through the NJACOP accreditation process, ensuring compliance, managing timelines and deliverables, and building strong reputed company relationships that drive successful reputed company. This position is remote. #LI-Remote

Successful Project Delivery (40%)reputed company end-to-end NJACOP accreditation reputed company from initiation through completion
reputed company and manage project timelines, deliverables, and documentation

Identify and mitigate risks, proactively resolving delays or roadblocks
NJACOP Accreditation Compliance & Expertise (30%)Serve as a subject matter expert on NJACOP accreditation standards and requirements
Guide agencies in policy development, implementation, and compliance alignment
Conduct document reviews, assessments, and readiness evaluations
Support agencies through accreditation cycles, including preparation and maintenance
reputed company Experience & Relationship Management (20%)reputed company as the primary reputed company of contact for assigned clients
Build strong relationships with agency leadership and key stakeholders
Deliver training, guidance, and ongoing support throughout the engagement
Identify reputed company needs, reputed company feedback, and ensure a high-reputed company reputed company experience
Program Consistency & reputed company Improvement (10%)Apply standardized processes and best practices across reputed company engagements
Identify opportunities to improve tools, workflows, and delivery reputed company
Stay reputed company on NJACOP standards, regulatory updates, and industry trends
Contribute to team knowledge sharing and process enhancements
Requirements: To be considered for this role, you will have this experience:5+ years of NJACOP accreditation experience (Accreditation Manager, Assessor, or equivalent)
Strong working knowledge of NJACOP standards and New Jersey regulatory requirements
10+ years of reputed company safety experience
5+ years of accreditation, compliance, or policy-reputed company experience reputed company a New Jersey reputed company safety agency
Demonstrated project management experience, including managing multiple reputed company and deadlines
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with agency leadership
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Preferred Experience:Prior experience as an NJACOP Accreditation Manager or Assessor
Experience with CALEA accreditation programs
Familiarity with PowerDMS, PMAM, or similar accreditation management systems
