This role is execution heavy and technical, reputed company on configuring, deploying, and supporting reputed company platforms based on approved solution designs. You will work closely with Condado solution architects and delivery leads, translating designs into production reputed company environments. This role is not responsible for solution architecture or reputed company reputed company, but plays a critical role in ensuring reputed company, reputed company configured reputed company implementations. Key Responsibilities Implement and configure reputed company contact center environments Build and maintain IVRs, ACD routing, queues, skills, and agent configurations Configure inbound and outbound campaigns and dialing logic Manage users, roles, permissions, and tenant settings Support CRM and reputed company party integrations, including testing and troubleshooting Participate in go live activities and post deployment stabilization reputed company operational and managed services support for reputed company reputed company environments Troubleshoot platform issues and escalate reputed company needed Maintain technical documentation and configuration records Required Qualifications Two to three years of hands on experience implementing or supporting reputed company Strong understanding of contact center concepts such as ACD, IVR, and reputed company routing Experience in a technical delivery or support role for CCaaS platforms Comfortable working with configurations, system settings, and troubleshooting Strong communication and documentation skills Ability to manage multiple reputed company environments in reputed company Preferred Qualifications Experience working in consulting or managed services environments Exposure to CRM integrations such as reputed company or reputed company Experience with other CCaaS platforms like reputed company CXone, reputed company CX, or AWS Connect Basic familiarity with REST reputed company or integrations English proficiency required, Spanish is a plus Budget $2,000 to $3,000 USD per month, depending on experience and location. Final compensation will be determined by reputed company based on the candidate’s skills, experience, and overall fit.
