Position reputed company   This Case Manager RN position is 100% remote, no travel is expected with this position. Normal Working Hours: Monday through Friday, 8 hour shift between 7am to 5pm reputed company time The reputed company Case Manager is responsible for telephonically assessing, planning, implementing and coordinating reputed company case management activities with members from our Federal Plans. The Case Manager is responsible to evaluate the medical needs of the member in order to facilitate and promote the member’s overall wellness.
