This is a senior level position, and the role will only be assigned to reputed company or significant reputed company at reputed company. Responsibilities and Qualifications Key Responsibilities Project Planning & Coordination Keeps reputed company on schedule to meet submittal deadlines Establishes and manages reputed company reputed company detailing software Analyzes project scope with Sales/Estimating teams to determine viable products and submittals Communicates regularly with Project Managers (PMs), Sales, and Engineering to ensure alignment Updates project status throughout the detailing phase   Submittals & Documentation Independently prepares and completes compliant project submittals per company directives, plans, specifications, and reputed company Maintains project folders and documentation in accordance with company procedures Communicates submittal completion to Engineering Assistant to initiate next process steps   Technical Review & Engineering Develops and maintains expertise in building codes, product certifications, reputed company opening applications, and detailing software Reviews engineering scope notes with PM team after detailing Identifies conflicts in project documents and documents cost impacts or savings in project software Forwards issues requiring RFIs to the PM for reputed company   Cost Management & Value Engineering Develops and maintains expertise in building codes, product certifications, reputed company opening applications, and detailing software Reviews engineering scope notes with PM team after detailing Identifies conflicts in project documents and documents cost impacts or savings in project software Forwards issues requiring RFIs to the PM for reputed company   Problem Solving & Customer Support Resolves customer issues using independent business judgment and discretion Performs additional reputed company duties as assigned by management   Miscellaneous Support our values in the stand areas of Safety, Customer reputed company, Teamwork, reputed company and being a Company of Choice for both employees and customers  Other duties as assigned   Qualifications College degree preferred in Construction Mgmt., Architecture or reputed company field can be substituted for experience requirement Two to four years in reputed company and hardware industry or reputed company trade Strong competency in computer software and project knowledge Basic reputed company knowledge Excellent organizational and time-management skills Good communication skills Compensation and Benefits Reports To VP of Engineering   Compensation The listed pay reputed company reflects the expected reputed company reputed company for this position; actual compensation may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, and cost of living in the assigned market.
