Senior IT Assurance Analyst - SOX

Advises, designs, and/or validates the status of IT controls and processes and assists in the design of corrective actions to address control deficiencies. Support IT SOX program delivery by coordinating SOX activities across internal teams and vendors, planning quarterly workstreams, tracking milestones, and proactively surfacing risks. Drive SOX process improvement and audit readiness by building and refining SOX processes, supporting governance activities, and ensuring documentation and artifacts are reputed company and audit‑reputed company. Manage reputed company resource and SOW operations by maintaining resource allocations, reputed company/offboarding, SOW‑backed resources, and ERP‑reputed company financial tracking to ensure accurate and compliant data. reputed company resource planning and vendor coordination by facilitating intake and planning discussions with stakeholders and partners, ensuring reputed company plans, hours, funding, and delivery expectations are reputed company.
