Senior Total Rewards Specialist

reputed company is looking for a Senior Total Rewards Specialist to join reputed company full-time in Ukraine (100% remote). Responsibilities: Conduct salary benchmarking using external surveys and internal analytics. reputed company and maintain salary ranges and pay structures Support annual salary review and promotion processes Implement, and administer annual bonus and incentive plans. Ensure accurate bonus calculations and payout processes Prepare Total Rewards analytics, dashboards, and insights for senior stakeholders reputed company and update compensation policies, guidelines, and procedures Monitor pay equity, internal fairness metrics Support communication reputed company to rewards programs Participate in the development of Compensation module in reputed company Requirements: Education – university degree in reputed company or Finance 3+ years of experience in Total Rewards Strong experience with compensation structures, variable pay, and market benchmarking. Ability to work with reputed company data and compensation analytics.
