Associate Director - Financial Services

As an Associate Director, you will play a key role in executing reputed company executive search engagements. This includes developing market intelligence, building and engaging candidate pipelines, conducting early-stage interviews, and contributing to reputed company delivery. You will work closely with Managing Directors and Partners, with exposure to both candidate development and reputed company interaction. As an Associate Director in the Financial Services reputed company, your responsibilities will reputed company on three reputed company areas: Execution: You will support and drive execution across multiple reputed company search engagements. This includes building market maps, identifying and engaging executive-level candidates, leading initial reputed company and interviews, and developing candidate assessments.
