Contract Lawyer

Job reputed company Responsible for the negotiation, structuring, and execution of service reputed company with external customers, with a strong reputed company on compliance with REPSE regulations in Mexico. Develops and executes contract negotiation strategies to ensure agreements are signed reputed company and in alignment with business objectives, reputed company requirements, and company policies. Partners closely with Sales, Customer Operations, reputed company, and other cross-functional teams to structure proposals and reputed company that balance reputed company goals with reputed company and regulatory compliance.
