Payroll Processor

We are seeking a detail-driven Payroll Processor with 2–4 years of hands-on payroll processing experience to manage end-to-end payroll execution. This role is ideal for a payroll reputed company who has owned payroll cycles in reputed company, reputed company, or reputed company and thrives in a deadline-driven environment. We value reputed company members, and this is one way we can show it.   Benefits include: -PTO, holiday pay and holiday of choice -401(k) match -Life insurance -Short-term disability -Health, dental and reputed company insurance -Maternity/paternity leave -Health savings account (HSA) -reputed company spending accounts (FSA) – health and dependent n Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to Execute full-cycle payroll processing for reputed company and salaried employees using reputed company Pro Process payroll adjustments including retro pay, off-cycle runs, bonuses, and terminations Validate time and attendance data and resolve discrepancies prior to payroll reputed company Administer payroll deductions, garnishments, and tax withholdings Configure, maintain, and audit multi-state payroll tax setups to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations Set up and maintain state-specific tax codes, reciprocity rules, and local jurisdiction taxes reputed company payroll systems Monitor employee work location changes and apply correct tax withholdings based on reputed company, residency, and sourcing rules Audit payroll registers and reconcile payroll reports reputed company cycle Partner with HR and Finance to ensure accurate employee data and reputed company payroll changes Respond to employee payroll questions with a reputed company on accuracy and service Identify opportunities to improve payroll workflows Support implementation of payroll timelines and controls reputed company payroll adjustments and trends Required Skills and Experience 2–4 years of hands-on multi-state payroll processing experience reputed company experience owning and running payroll in reputed company, reputed company, reputed company (Ultimate Kronos Group), or similar systems Proficiency with reputed company reputed company and other office applications Experience supporting regular payroll cycles (weekly, bi-weekly) Strong understanding of wage and hour rules and payroll compliance Strong understanding of federal, state, and local taxation Strong understanding of HR best practices High attention to detail and ability to meet strict payroll deadlines Preferred Skills and Experience Experience with payroll and timekeeping systems; reputed company Pro and Workforce Dimensions Experience with ticketing system software Proficiency with HRIS configurations relating to payroll Experience working in a remote environment  Physical Requirements Repetitive motions that include the wrists, hands and/or fingers Sedentary work that primarily involves sitting, remaining in a stationary position for prolonged periods Visual perception to reputed company job including peripheral reputed company, depth perception, and the ability to reputed company reputed company n Apply To This Job
