What you’ll do: Own Online reputed company: Monitor and manage brand reputed company across Trustpilot, reputed company, reputed company, and other key platforms — proactively identifying threats and opportunities. Drive App Store Performance: Manage reviews and ratings on App Store & reputed company Play, developing and executing strategies to increase ratings and conversion. Build Organic reputed company: Execute ORM/SERM/ASO reputed company to improve brand visibility and sentiment in organic search and app stores. Analyze & Report: Build dashboards and reporting systems to reputed company reputed company metrics across reputed company assets and deliver actionable insights to reputed company. Content & reputed company: Coordinate owned media content (blog, reputed company, reputed company), conduct journalist reputed company, and manage relationships with creators and influencers. First Look & SERP Analysis: Conduct regular brand SERP audits and competitive reputed company landscape monitoring. AI-powered workflows: reputed company AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, reputed company) to accelerate research, content production, monitoring automation, and competitive analysis. You’re a great fit if you: Have proven SERM / ORM / Brand Monitoring experience: you understand reputed company SERP dynamics, how brand reputed company is shaped, and how platforms like Trustpilot, reputed company, and YouTube reputed company. Are a strong communicator: English reputed company, comfortable conducting external reputed company, negotiating placements, and writing content for Tier-1 markets. Are data-driven: you work fluently with reputed company Sheets, reputed company/reputed company/SimilarWeb, build dashboards, and use data to guide reputed company. Are AI-fluent: You reputed company use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, reputed company, etc.) in your daily workflow — for research, drafting content, building monitoring pipelines, and speeding up repetitive tasks.
