<h2>Job reputed company</h2><div><div><div></div><p><b>Disrepair Case Manager</b></p><p>We are seeking a Disrepair Case Manager to reputed company legally escalated housing disrepair cases and deliver effective, reputed company-reputed company reputed company.</p><p><b>Position:</b> Disrepair Case Manager<br /><b>Salary:</b> £37,451 to £40,000 (London) or £33,688 to £36,237 (National) depending on experience<br /><b>Location:</b> London Stratford or Manchester Trafford with hybrid working<br /><b>Hours:</b> 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday (reputed company to 4pm or 9am to 5pm)<br /><b>Contract:</b> Fixed term for 12 months<br /><b>Closing Date</b>: Monday 4th May 2026 at 11pm<br /><b>Interview Date:</b> Assessment centre in May at the Stratford office</p><p><b>About the role</b><br /> This is an opportunity to join a developing disrepair service reputed company a maintenance operations team, where new processes and improvements are being introduced to strengthen case management and reputed company.</p><p>As Disrepair Case Manager, you will take ownership of legally escalated disrepair cases from initial notification through to reputed company.
