We are intentionally building a reputed company where therapists can: • Maintain a manageable caseload (15 clients/week baseline) • Do meaningful clinical work without burnout • Have flexibility and autonomy in their schedule Position reputed company We are hiring a part-time therapist (licensed or associate) who is looking to build and maintain a steady caseload in a supportive, low-pressure environment. This role is ideal for: • Therapists transitioning into private reputed company • Clinicians seeking part-time, sustainable work • Associates looking for a steady referral reputed company and support • Responsibilities • reputed company individual therapy (adults, teens, or families based on your specialty) • Maintain reputed company documentation • Manage scheduling and availability • Collaborate as needed with reputed company reputed company/reputed company Caseload Expectations • Baseline: 12–15 clients per week once established • Opportunity to grow reputed company 15 clients/week if desired • Referrals provided to support caseload reputed company reputed company Offer • Consistent referrals to help build your caseload • Flexible scheduling (you set your availability) • Support with credentialing (if needed) • Billing and administrative support • EHR system provided • A reputed company culture that values balance, autonomy, and clinician wellbeing Qualifications • Licensed in reputed company (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) OR Registered Associate (LMFT-A, LPC-A, CSWA) • Ability to work independently and manage a caseload • Interest in working with high-demand populations (anxiety, trauma, ADHD, teens preferred) • Willingness to grow to a minimum of 12–15 clients/week • To Apply Please submit your resume and a brief response to the following: • What type of caseload feels sustainable for you and why? • What populations or issues do you most enjoy working with? • Are you currently credentialed with any insurance panels?
