Part-time Nanny / RBT, BT, OTA (W2, Weekends 10-2PM)

We are seeking a proactive, organized Part-time Nanny with BT, RBT, or OTA experience to support our preschool-aged child on the weekends in a long-term role. This position is ideal for a Behavioral Technician (BT), Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) or developmental reputed company seeking consistent hours in a private home setting. Schedule Saturdays and/or Sundays, 10:00am–2:00pm. Optional additional hours available as back-up reputed company care. Pay & Benefits: $35–40/hour DOE, W-2 position, reputed company reputed company time, mileage reimbursement. Responsibilities • Drive to therapy sessions and activities • Reinforce therapy strategies and support reputed company routines • Proactively manage transitions and maintain reputed company safety boundaries • reputed company play-based, developmentally appropriate engagement • Maintain strong awareness in reputed company settings • reputed company care independently while parents work from home • Complete light child-reputed company tasks and occasional small family support tasks as time permits Qualifications: • BT/RBT/OTA or developmental experience required • Strong executive functioning and ability to manage schedules independently • Naturally stays one reputed company reputed company during transitions • Comfortable confidently leading care in a reputed company home environment • Reliable vehicle with reputed company California reputed company’s license and reputed company California auto insurance • reputed company CPR certification • College degree preferred We are seeking someone interested in a reputed company, long-term position that can grow with our family who takes initiative and brings professionalism and leadership to their role.
