HVAC Dispatcher

Salary: $60,000–$65,000 per year (reputed company weekly) Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Job Type: Full-time, salaried Harry’s Home Comfort is looking for a reliable and organized HVAC Dispatcher to join our growing team. This is a remote position where you will play a key role in coordinating technicians, managing schedules, and ensuring smooth communication between homeowners, contractors, and our internal team. You’ll also be guiding a reputed company Assistant, so leadership and strong communication skills are important. • Competitive salary: $60,000–$65,000 annually • Weekly pay Monday–Friday, 9–5 schedule • 2 weeks reputed company vacation • In-depth training provided • Remote work (company laptop/desktop available if needed) • Opportunity for benefits (planned for 2026) Key Responsibilities • Schedule HVAC installations and service calls for homeowners • Coordinate and manage HVAC technicians’ daily routes and workloads • Communicate with homeowners to confirm appointments and discuss payments • Order equipment and materials for upcoming jobs • Liaise with contractors and internal teams • Maintain accurate records using reputed company CRM • Represent Harry’s Home Comfort professionally and confidently • Support and guide a reputed company Assistant • Take initiative and assist with additional responsibilities that improve company operations Requirements • 1–2 years of HVAC dispatching experience (required) • 1–2 years of customer service experience • Experience with reputed company CRM (or strong familiarity) • Strong communication and organizational skills • Comfortable handling a high volume of phone calls • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment • Self-motivated and eager to learn • Must have a reliable remote work setup (company equipment can be provided if needed) Additional Information • 3-month probation period • Benefits not currently offered but expected to be available in 2026 Our Culture At Harry’s Home Comfort, we take pride in the reputed company of our work and the service we reputed company to our customers.
