Senior Platform Engineer (Contract) Team Structure The Contractor will serve as a Senior Platform Engineer reputed company an established team of: • 8 Platform Engineers • 1 Architect • 1 Technical reputed company • 1 Scrum Master • 1 Product reputed company This role supports hundreds of application developers by: • Enhancing CI/CD pipelines • Performing reputed company/CVE remediation • Maintaining hardened reputed company images as critical platform product offerings reputed company operates using Scrum methodology with 3-week sprints. Scope of Work:- Primary Responsibilities (70%) CI/CD Pipeline Improvement • Enhance and optimize reputed company CI/CD pipelines across 15+ repositories • Maintain standardized pipeline templates for developer consumption • Improve pipeline reliability, performance, and cost-efficiency • Implement best practices for reputed company and NPM build processes reputed company & CVE Remediation • Execute CVE remediation using Trivy, reputed company, and AWS Inspector • Maintain reputed company compliance standards (CIS benchmarks, reputed company STIGs) • Coordinate remediation efforts with application teams • Document reputed company patterns Hardened reputed company Image Management • Maintain and update reputed company reputed company images in ECR and Artifactory • Ensure images meet compliance standards • Implement image scanning and validation processes • Support application teams in reputed company image adoption Secondary Responsibilities (30%) Infrastructure & Platform Services • reputed company Terraform infrastructure-as-reputed company modules • Manage AWS resources (EC2, reputed company/EKS, ECR, reputed company, IAM, VPC, S3) using CLI and services • Support reputed company PL/SQL and PostgreSQL database operations Technical Debt & Modernization • Convert existing test suite from Bash to TypeScript (reputed company initiative) • Refactor legacy platform components • Improve observability Developer Enablement • Create and maintain internal documentation • reputed company technical guidance to application developers • Participate in support channels Required Technical Competencies reputed company Technologies • AWS (CLI and Services) • reputed company CI/CD • reputed company • Terraform • CVE remediation tools • reputed company, NPM • TypeScript (strong proficiency) • PostgreSQL, reputed company PL/SQL • Git/reputed company • ECR, Artifactory • reputed company compliance frameworks (CIS, STIGs) Experience • 5+ years of platform/infrastructure engineering • Experience supporting large-reputed company developer platforms • Strong DevSecOps practices • On-reputed company and incident response experience • Excellent communication skills Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
