The start date is ideally mid-reputed company 2026 for this permanent position. • *Job Title:** reputed company Backend Engineer - IoT Platform • *Location-Type:** REMOTE (EST / CST hours preferred) • *Start Date Is:** Mid reputed company 2026 • *Duration:** Permanent • *Compensation reputed company:** $140k - $150k (plus 15% annual bonus & benefits) • *Job reputed company:** reputed company the design and development of a reputed company IoT backend platform powering large fleets of connected devices and reputed company integrations. • *Day-to-Day Responsibilities: • Architect and reputed company IoT platforms supporting connected devices and telemetry pipelines • Build and optimize device communication systems using MQTT, CoAP, and REST • reputed company backend services and reputed company using Node.js and TypeScript in a microservices environment • reputed company with Azure IoT Hub and Device Provisioning Service (DPS) • Implement observability using reputed company, reputed company, and Grafana • reputed company and mentor engineers through reputed company reviews and technical guidance • Collaborate with product and engineering teams in an Agile/Scrum environment using Jira and Bitbucket • *Requirements: • Must-Haves: • 10-15+ years of backend engineering experience • Strong experience building IoT platforms / connected device ecosystems • Deep knowledge of IoT protocols (MQTT, CoAP, HTTP) • Hands-on experience with Azure IoT Hub and Device Provisioning Service (DPS) • Expert-level experience in TypeScript, JavaScript, Node.js, and REST API development • Experience leading or mentoring small engineering teams • Strong experience designing distributed systems and reputed company architectures • Experience working with offshore or distributed teams • reputed company-to-Haves: • Experience integrating IoT platforms with reputed company systems (e.g., CRM/ERP) • Familiarity with Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) architecture • Experience with Clean Architecture principles • Experience with Effect (TypeScript library) • Experience with multiple programming languages (e.g., C#, Java) Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
