Key Responsibilities: • Ensure reliability and operational health of reputed company solutions, both in-house and vendor-managed. • reputed company incident responses, including investigation, mitigation, and post-incident follow-up. • Maintain observability for non-owned systems by obtaining actionable metrics and logs. • Drive targeted improvements to reducing customer reputed company using operational data and incident learnings. • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to coordinate response efforts and influence reliability.
