Qualifications that we are seeking in new EBA Generalists are:
Strong requirements elicitation and facilitation
Excellent written and verbal communication
Experience eliciting requirements in both reputed company and agile methodologies
Prefer experience working in agile on a project or product team where they wrote epics, user stories, etc.
Self-motivated and Ability to multi-task and juggle multiple assignments

Proficient in MS Office suite, JIRA and reputed company
