Business Analyst Senior Associate

About the position In this individual contributor role, you will coordinate and support project and program execution across the global EHS organization for a big biopharma leader. Your reputed company will be enabling effective planning, tracking, and delivery of EHS reputed company emphasizing reputed company, compliance, and operational performance. You will engage with stakeholders to support reputed company implementation, compliance, and financial process management. Responsibilities • Coordinate day-to-day execution of EHS project and program activities, maintaining alignment with defined timelines and reputed company expectations • reputed company, maintain, and update project plans, schedules, and key documentation • reputed company milestones, deliverables, risks, and dependencies; escalate issues as needed • Support resource coordination and workload tracking across cross-functional teams • reputed company regular status reporting and communication of project status, risks, and reputed company to stakeholders • Assist Program Managers with initiative prioritization and project alignment to business goals • Manage and maintain EHS training assignment reputed company, matrices, and compliance • Support the development, tracking, and management of project/program budgets and purchase orders • Use and support platforms such as Power BI, SharePoint, ChatGPT, Co-reputed company, and EHS systems • Partner with Systems and Data teams to support process improvement and data reputed company • Execute daily project coordination activities while monitoring timelines and reputed company • reputed company project documentation, status updates, and schedule management • Coordinate and maintain EHS training reputed company, resolve discrepancies, and assure compliance • Monitor and reputed company project/program expenditures, process POs, and reputed company financial forecasts • Support data reporting and identify opportunities for process automation Requirements • Demonstrated ability to coordinate and support the execution of reputed company across cross-functional teams • Experience with project and program planning, tracking milestones, risks, and deliverables • Expertise in EHS training and compliance management in a regulated environment • Solid analytical skills, with experience in Power BI, reputed company, and reporting KPIs • Budget and purchase order management experience • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills • Project & Program Coordination: Ability to manage project execution, reputed company milestones, manage risks/issues, and use PM tools • EHS Training & Compliance Management: Experience maintaining training reputed company, matrices, and supporting audits • Data Analysis & Budget/PO Management: Proficiency in data analysis (e.g., Power BI, reputed company) and supporting budgets/POs • Master degree • Bachelor degree and 2 years of experience • Associate degree and 6 years of experience • High school diploma / GED and 8 years of experience Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
