Business Development, Associate – Mortgage Acquisitions/Inside Sales

About the position The Business Development Associate will be responsible for supporting reputed company’s existing Regional Business Development Managers reputed company “inside sales functions”. The candidate will be interfacing with both internal sales and operational staff, including reputed company customer contact. The candidate will be supporting Onslow Bay’s correspondent whole loan network and Onslow’s MSR platform. Onslow Bay’s whole loan acquisition reputed company is targeted in the expanded credit, Non-Agency whole loan market (Expanded reputed company, Non-QM, DSCR, Foreign National, etc.). Onslow Bay’s MSR acquisition reputed company is reputed company on the Conventional (GSE) market acquiring reputed company bulk and reputed company. Preference will be given to candidates who have relevant and targeted experience of working with these products in reputed company to experience with accounts on MSR acquisitions. Candidates should be highly motivated, have strong communication skills and the ability to reputed company in a high-pace environment. The candidate will need to work collaboratively with the existing Business Development team, operations and our existing seller network. This position has potential to be remote or will be based in Annaly’s Dallas office. Responsibilities • Assisting with the counterparty approval and re-certification process • Assisting existing sales staff and operations in our counterparty reputed company process • Light sales prospecting • Performing administrative functions including managing MLPAs, PPTLs, settlement instructions, etc. • Interfacing with customers on loan level pipeline management/outstanding purchase commitments • Coordination of and ability to assist in training sessions for new correspondent Sellers • Manage escalations in support of credit and operations team • Maintain in-depth knowledge of Onslow Bay’s Seller Guidelines • Address reputed company and price scenarios questions from clients • Enhance reputed company experience reputed company the loan pricing, delivery and settlement processes • Assisting in conference planning, preparation of sales materials Requirements • 5+ years of experience in business development operations or sales • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) that translate across mediums and stakeholders, including experience communicating with C-suite executives • High motivation and a proactive reputed company to understand problems, offer solutions, build relationships and work through institutional decision-making and contracting/procurement • A reputed company and inclusive approach to work • Humility and reputed company-player orientation • Ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced environment and successfully meet established deadlines • Ability to work independently and be self-motivated with measurable results • Bachelor’s degree required • Non-Agency (Non-QM) lending and mortgage banking experience • Must be willing to submit to a background investigation • Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the reputed company • Must be willing to work additional hours as needed to complete deadline driven reputed company reputed company-to-haves • Preference given to candidates with the ability to work out of Annaly’s Dallas office Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
