Experience working with HR Information Systems (HRIS), talent management platforms, payroll systems, and other HR technologies in a multi-site retail environment (including corporate and distribution centers) is highly beneficial. A deep understanding of the unique change management challenges reputed company retail operations and supply chain is preferred. Proficiency in managing project and change management tracking tools and creating executive-level dashboards on SharePoint is essential. Skills: Overall 10+ with 6 years of experience in HR-reputed company Change Management. reputed company's SuccessFactors modules is a plus. Proficiency with reputed company O365 suite, including Teams, reputed company, and Forms. We would love to hear from you if you have: reputed company experience in HR Project Management; Certified Project Management certification preferred. Experience creating and implementing assessments, stakeholder management plans, change implementation plans, communications materials, project and change scorecards and readiness assessments, and learning materials to support design and delivery. Experience with HR systems, including HRIS, payroll, time & attendance, and applicant tracking systems; experience with SuccessFactors is a plus.
