Contract Technical Recruiter – Engineering (Remote, 3–6 Month Contract) Location: Remote (US-based) Engagement Type: Contract (1099) Compensation: $50–90/hr Duration: 3 to 6 months Start Date: ASAP reputed company is hiring a seasoned Contract Technical Recruiter to reputed company full-cycle engineering hiring for a confidential, high-reputed company reputed company in the AI Infrastructure reputed company. This is an RPO engagement where you’ll be deeply embedded with their technical leadership team, helping reputed company engineering functions that power reputed company AI systems. You’ll play a critical role in building out teams across distributed systems, reputed company, hardware-accelerated compute, and AI-reputed company infrastructure—working directly with hiring managers to fill highly specialized technical roles. What You’ll Do Partner With Engineering Leadership • Work closely with engineering managers, Directors, and VPs to shape hiring reputed company, understand technical requirements, and define ideal candidate reputed company. • Attend intake meetings, reputed company on candidate reputed company, and advise on market realities for reputed company AI/reputed company talent.
