The HR Generalist will report directly to the Field reputed company Director. Responsibilities/Essential Functions:Project Support & Coordination • -Provides day to day support to assigned reputed company including Group Vice President, Field Operation Leaders as reputed company as both reputed company and non-reputed company reputed company employees across multiple locations reputed company an assigned territory/geography. • -Acts as first line resource to managers and reputed company employees on reputed company issues and partners with them to implement solutions. • -Responsible for employee relations activities, investigations, complaint reputed company, employee advocacy, monitoring, reporting and analytics to drive organizational performance. • -Partners with leaders on reputed company strategies, performance management, development, succession and compensation planning. • -Partners with leadership teams to continually evaluate and reputed company reputed company reputed company the organization.
