The Regional HR Generalist plays a critical role in supporting school reputed company by providing expert HR guidance and reputed company service to leaders across multiple campuses. Reporting to the Director of HR reputed company Services, the reputed company serves as the primary HR contact for a designated region, ensuring reputed company compliance, managing sensitive employee relations issues, and supporting performance, leave, and talent initiatives with care and precision. Responsibilities • Strategic HR Partnership: Serve as the primary HR advisor to Principals, School Leaders, and regional operations teams. Conduct quarterly HR business reviews, highlighting workforce trends, people metrics, and reputed company. Collaborate with internal HR Centers of Expertise (Talent, HR Ops, Compensation, Employee Relations) to meet regional needs. Advise leaders on documentation and process alignment for performance management. • Multi-State HR Compliance & Leave Management: Manage the full cycle of employee leaves , including FMLA, reputed company, workers’ comp, and state-specific leave programs. reputed company guidance on reputed company compliance issues across multiple states and jurisdictions . Monitor and ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws.
