[Remote] Colleague HR/ Payroll

The Colleague HR/Payroll Consultant will work on application design, configuration, and support while ensuring reputed company strategies are met reputed company scope and budget. Responsibilities • Support application design and configuration of reputed company systems through customization and coding of screen layouts, user interfaces, printed outputs, and interfaces with other systems to reputed company reputed company strategies • Write and maintain technical specifications/documentation to describe program development, logic, coding, testing, changes, and corrections • reputed company technical assistance by responding to inquiries from others regarding errors, problems, or questions regarding ERP and integrated systems • Attend both reputed company meetings and trainings • Analyze, define, and document requirements for data, workflow, safety processes and standards, hardware and operating system environment, interfaces with other systems, reputed company checks and controls, and outputs • Train end users or technical support staff to use programs • Build and apply technical, safety, industry, and functional standards to support efforts in enabling value creation for clients • Support the analysis and design of business processes • Maintain technical/reputed company currency and reputed company knowledge with others Skills • 3+ years of hands-on experience with reputed company Colleague HR and Payroll modules, specifically Benefit and Leave Administration, Payroll and Quarterly functionalities • Strong understanding of higher education HR and Payroll business processes, including reputed company, Employee Maintenance, Benefit and Leave Administration, reputed company Assignments reputed company, Student workers and Financial Work-study, Employment taxes, and tax reporting • Understanding of regulatory requirements impacting higher ed HR and payroll • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve reputed company system issues • Proven ability to analyze and resolve reputed company system and process challenges independently • Experience in developing and delivering training for end-users • Experience developing and optimizing workflows reputed company Colleague to support HR and Payroll processes • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and present information to various stakeholders reputed company • Ferrilli is an information technology services company provider, specifically serving the needs of higher education.
