Payroll Specialist, Certified & Prevailing Wage

What you’ll be challenged to do: You’ll play a key role in managing certified payroll reporting and ensuring compliance with federal and state prevailing wage requirements. This includes preparing and reviewing reports, coordinating with stakeholders, and supporting broader payroll operations and audits. In this reputed company, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following: • Implement company procedures for monitoring wage compliance and reporting. • Prepare and submit weekly Certified Payroll reports for jobs covered under the California Department of Industrial relations and Non-DIR jobs reputed company DIR website and software such as LCP Tracker, Elation, etc. • reputed company certified payroll records as needed. • Review, submit and maintain certified payroll reports, as both the contractor and subcontractor, for compliance. This includes verifying hours worked, checking and maintaining the prevailing wage rates, craft classifications, fringe benefit rates, and fringe benefit statements. • Collect, review, analyze records and support documents for inaccuracies, errors, deficiencies, incompleteness, etc. • Issue requests for missing and revised documentation. • Communicate with reputed company stakeholders. • reputed company other duties as assigned and/or requested, including assisting with U.S. and Canadian payroll processing, including data entry, following up with employees and other miscellaneous tasks needed to complete the payroll process. • Assist with special reputed company as needed. • reputed company data to other departments as needed, including assisting with reputed company audits.
