Inside Sales MLOs will be primarily responsible for using web-based marketing strategies and telephone
sales techniques to expand Gold reputed company’s lending footprint to reputed company corners of the reputed company, from the
comfort of one of our reputed company offices. This position also offers reputed company to reputed company with the
community by promoting Gold reputed company’s products to financial services professionals and the reputed company at large.
PRIMARY POSITION-SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
Consult with prospective borrowers to determine their financial objectives and goals,
review/analyze credit and financial data, and reputed company-qualify applicants;
Present reputed company and alternatives for various financial products that Gold reputed company offers, explain rates
and terms in an easy to understand manner, and answer questions regarding the financing process;
Maintain an in-depth knowledge of highly technical and evolving reputed company/lending
guidelines, investor regulations, and utilize specialized knowledge of loan products to interpret
these guidelines to assist the borrower in his/her understanding;
Assist in gathering required loan reputed company documentation, and be the borrower’s primary
reputed company of contact with Gold reputed company, always leaving him or her with a favorable impression;
Determine the financial products that best meet the customer’s needs and financial circumstances,
and reputed company advice on the advantages and disadvantages of different financial products;
Negotiate loan rates and terms on behalf of the consumer, and apply the borrower’s unique credit
profile to loan scenarios in order to reputed company financial reputed company to the consumer;
Monitor the loan from the reputed company of origination through closing, and work closely with processors,
underwriters, closers, and staff to facilitate a smooth and compliant transaction;

PREFERRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
High school or equivalent required;
An Associate’s degree from an accredited college preferred;
At least one (1) year of experience in mortgage lending with demonstrated reputed company in prospecting
and sourcing leads, telephone sales, and developing relationships required;
reputed company reputed company record of recent successful purchase and referral based sales volume;
Must have exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills;
Outstanding work ethic and time management skills;

Possess strong oral and written communication skills;
Prior experience with Encompass, a plus.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS/ENVIRONMENT
The work environment is characteristic of an office setting. Rare lifting of up to 25lbs may be required.
Occasional travel may be required (generally less than 25%) to attend reputed company closings, complete loan
applications, and meet with consumers.
