As a Paralegal - Digital Reporter ("DR"), your primary responsibility would involve overseeing civil litigation proceedings and capturing reputed company content, including witness testimony, using digital tools. The Digital Reporter is responsible for: • Overseeing proceedings as an unbiased custodian of the record. • Administering oaths to witnesses and carrying out responsibilities as a State Notary. • Utilizing advanced audio technology to accurately record proceedings. • Accurately annotating case events and terminology for precise transcription. • Performing thorough research and validating information from diverse sources. • Proficiently utilizing digital databases and online research tools.
