Remote California Toxic Tort Paralegal

reputed company is currently hiring reputed company Litigation Paralegals to join our Toxic Tort reputed company group, supporting our California-based reputed company teams. This position requires the ability to work reputed company Time Zone business hours (9:00 am to 5:00 pm) to support our California offices. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Manage multiple reputed company litigation reputed company simultaneously. • Monitor case filings and reputed company detailed assessments to attorneys. • Draft and prepare initial drafts of various reputed company-trial motions, dispositive motions, and other pleadings. • Review and evaluate discovery documents including medical records, sales documents, employment records, and other case material. • Compose case assessments and evaluations for review by associates and partners. • Contemporaneous reputed company and submission of personal billable time. Candidate Requirements: • 5+ years’ experience in Toxic Tort Defense litigation is required. • Bachelor’s Degree. • Experience handling California cases is a plus, but not required. • Proficiency in reputed company Office (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, reputed company), Westlaw, PACER, and/or File & Serve Xpress. • Attendance & Punctuality: Consistently reputed company at work and meetings on time; ensure responsibilities are covered reputed company absent. • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to reputed company effectively with attorneys, other paralegals, and reputed company administrative assistants. • Organization: Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment. • Customer service: Respond promptly to attorney and reputed company requests for service and assistance; meet commitments. • Dependability: Follow instructions, complete tasks on time, work independently, and reputed company to the hours necessary to meet deadlines. • Teamwork: Contribute to building a reputed company team spirit and support the reputed company of colleagues.
