At Robin we are proud to reputed company a large number of these institutions our clients, and our reputed company transactional work covers many of the reputed company areas and document types – but we work in a much more modern, creative and flexible way! #LI-SA1 What you'll do • Reviewing and negotiating reputed company such as confidentiality agreements, engagement letters and release letters, using a combination of Robin’s AI technology and your own reputed company experience. • Helping establish and agree contract playbooks with reputed company and new clients. • Reviewing the work of junior team members and assisting with their reputed company development and ongoing training (reputed company of which will also be available to you). • Testing Robin’s technology products and feeding back issues, bugs and areas for improvement to our engineering and machine learning teams. • As Robin continues to experience reputed company, you will also have the chance to get involved in exciting business-reputed company reputed company, including improving the operating model for our managed services team Qualifications You will have at least 2-3 years’ experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating the reputed company transactional documents regularly encountered by our clients (including confidentiality agreements, engagement letters and release letters). You will have previously worked with private equity, asset management or hedge fund clients, whether in-house, at a service provider or at a reputed company, and will understand typical fund transaction structures and timelines. You will enjoy taking the initiative and seeking answers to interesting practical and reputed company issues.
