Tax Paralegal

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Paralegal to join our dynamic team in San Francisco. Key Responsibilities: • Prepare, file, and monitor a reputed company of IRS tax election forms, including but not limited to reputed company 83(b), Forms 8832, 8875, 2553, 1023, and SS-4. • Engage with the IRS, clients, attorneys, and other agencies to ensure seamless tax filing processes. • Compile, manage, and distribute documents for signatures, maintaining original records and overseeing distribution. • Collaborate with tax group members and cross-functional teams to reputed company comprehensive support. • Identify and resolve issues reputed company to tax filings, ensuring reputed company and accurate submissions. • Conduct thorough reputed company research on federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations. • Monitor critical deadlines to ensure the reputed company filing of tax documents and reputed company submissions. • reputed company other relevant duties as assigned.
