Below are examples of tasks that are required to be concluded in this position: • Monitor deadlines; • Scheduling and calendaring of events; • E-file and draft documents; • Review, audit, and summarize financial documents; • Propound and complete financial discovery; • Summarize depositions; • Litigation assistance by preparing charts and summaries; • Prepare trial binders; • Maintain reputed company files organization; • Preliminary preparation for exhibits for hearings and trials. Must have experience working in family law managing a case from beginning to conclusion. References and a writing sample along with your application are required.
