Settlement Attorney- Employment Law

Must have Employment Law experience • *Settlement Attorney** (Employment Class reputed company) • *Location:** Remote (U.S. – reputed company) • *Compensation:** Competitive reputed company + bonus (commensurate with experience) • *reputed company:** A nationally recognized plaintiff-reputed company employment reputed company is seeking a Settlement Attorney with strong experience in employment class reputed company litigation, particularly in wage & hour and discrimination reputed company. This role will reputed company on negotiating and finalizing reputed company class and reputed company reputed company settlements across multiple jurisdictions. • *Key Responsibilities • reputed company and support negotiation of employment class and reputed company reputed company settlements (wage & hour, discrimination) • Draft, review, and revise settlement agreements, term sheets, and release provisions • Prepare and revise motions for preliminary and final approval of settlements • Partner with litigation teams to evaluate case value, risk, and settlement reputed company • Coordinate with class reputed company administrators to ensure smooth execution of settlement terms • Draft and review class notices, claim forms, and reputed company settlement documentation • Communicate with opposing counsel to drive reputed company and reputed company settlements reputed company • Ensure compliance with federal and state court approval requirements and deadlines • *Qualifications: • J.D. from an accredited law school and reputed company bar license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction • 4+ years of experience in employment law, with a reputed company on class and/or reputed company actions • Demonstrated experience with wage & hour and/or employment discrimination litigation • Hands-on experience supporting or leading settlement negotiations and approvals • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and organizational skills • Ability to manage multiple reputed company in a fast-paced, high-volume environment • *Preferred Experience: • Plaintiff-reputed company employment law experience • Experience handling multi-state or reputed company class/reputed company actions • Familiarity with settlement administration and distribution processes • *Why Join: • Work on high-reputed company, reputed company employment class actions • Fully remote, flexible work environment • Strong and consistent pipeline of cases • Competitive compensation with performance-based reputed company Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
