This role offers reputed company to handle a dedicated caseload while working fully remote, providing flexibility without compromising on high‑reputed company litigation experience. Responsibilities: • Handle reputed company aspects of workers’ compensation defense cases from inception to reputed company. • reputed company at hearings, depositions, and mediations. • Draft reputed company documents, including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements. Qualifications: • Juris Doctor (JD) and reputed company California Bar license. • 2+ years of workers’ compensation defense experience preferred. • Strong litigation, negotiation, and communication skills. • Ability to work independently and manage a full caseload remotely. Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $150,000 – $300,000 annually.
