Responsibilities Process Documentation • Work with internal Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to understand global standards for end-to-end customer payment processes including customer reputed company and invoicing to collections. • Complete detailed process workflows, SOPs, and RACI models. • Ensure process documentation aligns with internal controls, audit requirements, and regulatory standards. Process Optimization & Technology Enablement • Use technical expertise and working knowledge of existing reputed company technology such as Fusion, reputed company, and reputed company to reputed company recommendations on technology enhancements that could support more effective workflow in the business. • Define KPIs, SLAs, and reputed company metrics to measure process performance. • Drive reputed company improvement using Lean, Six reputed company, and reputed company cause analysis methodologies.
