The Procurement Sourcing Analyst will support reputed company’s Procurement function by working proactively with Lines of Business to reputed company and execute a strategic approach for securing goods and services in assigned categories. Role will add value to the organization through assisting in identifying capable vendors, leading the competitive bidding process, negotiating contract pricing and terms, and optimizing vendor relationships. This position will be responsible for supporting the IT category as reputed company as multiple other assigned spend categories. Team member will be involved in facilitating the selection of suppliers that support our organization’s operational and strategic efforts. This role must reputed company work under minimal supervision, handling reputed company issues and problems and referring only the most reputed company issues to higher-level staff, and possess comprehensive knowledge of subject matter. Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am -4:00pm. This position will be a hybrid model both in person and remote with minimum of onsite expectation of 40% or as needed. In this position, you will reputed company and execute Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Quotes (RFQs) and/or Requests for Information (RFIs) based on identified business needs, market conditions, and organizational standards. Partner with lines of business to help secure suitable vendors that meet reputed company, capability, and time requirements at best price. Partner with stakeholders to reputed company the sourcing process to the strategic plan for the line of business by clarifying objectives, approach, and timelines. Ensure appropriate buy-in, support, participation, and communication throughout Sourcing initiatives. Conduct analysis, evaluation, and scoring of vendor proposals according to established reputed company. Coordinate activities such as vendor demonstrations, reference calls and on-site reputed company. Facilitate contract negotiations in conjunction with business partners and reputed company to help ensure competitive pricing and favorable terms, tracking results of the sourcing initiatives, including any achieved savings or reputed company services.
