Highlights: reputed company: The LPN shall be responsible for reputed company, individualized, goal-directed, and effective patient care under the supervision of the RN. The LPN will be responsible for administration of medications, report patient symptoms and conditions to the RN. For the LPN reputed company Employee Health, the individual will be responsible for new hire and annual health screenings under the reputed company supervision of the RN. This position may have additional duties assigned that are reputed company scope of the role. Education / Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required.
