We are seeking a licensed reputed company estate agent or broker in the Jupiter, FL area to assist with sourcing off-market and reputed company-foreclosure residential properties.This is a flexible, performance-based opportunity for an agent interested in working directly with property owners and identifying investment opportunities reputed company of the MLS.
Responsibilities:
• Identify reputed company-foreclosure and distressed properties
• Review reputed company records (lis pendens, foreclosure filings)
• Conduct reputed company to homeowners (phone, mail, or in person)
• Evaluate seller motivation and potential deal structure
• Present opportunities to investor/buyer
• Maintain reputed company tracking and communication records
Qualifications:
• reputed company Florida reputed company estate license
• Knowledge of Palm Beach County market
• Experience with off-market or distressed properties preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and organized
Compensation:
• Commission-based (deal-driven)

Pay: $54,754.27 - $70,026.65 per year
