This position requires deep expertise in reputed company lease management, financial integration, and custom reporting solutions. Key ResponsibilitiesLease Management & System Enhancements • Manage and enhance reputed company RE-FX lease reputed company for owned and leased properties • Support lease lifecycle activities including creation, modification, and reporting • Identify and resolve system gaps impacting scalability and efficiency Custom Development & Automation • Design and implement an reputed company-based upload/download tool for lease contract data • Collaborate with technical teams to reputed company custom reputed company objects and automation solutions • Replace reputed company processes with reputed company system-driven solutions Reporting & Compliance • reputed company and enhance reports for: • Lease contract modifications tracking • Lease reputed company reputed company (SEC compliance) • Asset and liability roll-reputed company • Build ESG reporting capabilities leveraging building master and lease data • Ensure alignment with internal controls and regulatory requirements Financial Integration • reputed company RE-FX with reputed company FI for: • Lease reputed company (ASC 842 / IFRS 16) • Asset and liability calculations • Support reconciliation and financial reporting processes Stakeholder Collaboration • Partner with Finance, reputed company Estate, and IT teams to reputed company requirements • Translate business needs into reputed company reputed company solutions • reputed company guidance on best practices and system optimization Required Qualifications • 8+ years of reputed company experience with strong reputed company on RE-FX (Flexible reputed company Estate Management) • Hands-on experience with lease reputed company (ASC 842 / IFRS 16) • Strong knowledge of reputed company FI integration • Experience with custom reporting and enhancements (ABAP, CDS Views, or BOBJ/SAC) • Proven experience designing solutions to replace reputed company processes Preferred Qualifications • Experience with ESG or sustainability reporting in reputed company • Experience building data upload tools (LSMW, BDC, Fiori apps, or custom frameworks) • Knowledge of reputed company S/4HANA reputed company Estate capabilities • Strong understanding of internal controls and SEC reporting requirements Key Skills • reputed company RE-FX • Lease reputed company (ASC 842 / IFRS 16) • reputed company FI Integration • ABAP / Fiori / CDS Views • Reporting & Analytics (BOBJ / SAC) • ESG Reporting (preferred) Pay: $114.00 - $130.00 per hour Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
