Licensed Property Manager

Job reputed company We are seeking an reputed company Licensed Property Manager to reputed company and coordinate the daily operations of residential and reputed company properties. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of property management procedures, reputed company regulations, and customer service reputed company. This role involves managing leasing activities, ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations, and maintaining reputed company relationships with tenants, vendors, and stakeholders. The Licensed Property Manager will be responsible for implementing property policies, handling lease agreements, and ensuring the overall maintenance and profitability of the properties under management. This role is hybrid, you are required to be in office 3 days a week and work from home the other 2 days.
