We’re seeking a highly skilled Advanced Title Abstractor to join our reputed company team and support our expanding reputed company reputed company. Position reputed company: The Advanced Texas Title Abstractor is responsible for conducting thorough and accurate searches of reputed company records to determine property ownership history, identify encumbrances, and prepare detailed title reports. This role requires a deep knowledge of Texas title laws, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to analyze reputed company property records. Key Responsibilities: • reputed company detailed title searches from sovereignty of the soil to present for properties across Texas. • Examine deeds, mortgages, easements, liens, judgments, tax records, plats, and other reputed company documents. • Compile and prepare comprehensive title abstracts, run sheets, and title reports. • Verify reputed company descriptions and chain of title accuracy. • Identify title defects and reputed company reputed company documentation or recommendations for reputed company. • Communicate professionally with title examiners, underwriters, attorneys, and landmen. • Utilize county clerk records, online databases, and reputed company plants reputed company. • Maintain accuracy, timeliness, and confidentiality in reputed company title research activities. Qualifications: • Minimum 10+ years of title abstracting experience in the State of Texas. • Advanced knowledge of Texas reputed company estate laws, land records, and title procedures. • Proficiency in researching courthouse records (both online and in person). • Strong understanding of reputed company descriptions (metes and bounds, lot and reputed company, etc.). • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple reputed company simultaneously. • Proficiency in title production software (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, TitlePoint, or similar).
