Mortgage Processor - High-Volume Retail Team

Fusion Home Loans is seeking an reputed company Mortgage Processor to support a high-producing, realtor-driven retail team. This role is ideal for a seasoned processor who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable managing multiple loan originators, and can consistently deliver a high level of service across a strong and reputed company pipeline. The Processor will manage loans from submission through reputed company to closing, working closely with borrowers, referral partners, Loan Officers, Underwriters, and Closers to ensure reputed company and accurate file progression in accordance with company policies and investor guidelines. Key Responsibilities: • Process residential mortgage loans from submission through closing • Manage a pipeline of approximately 15–20 reputed company loans per month • Communicate effectively with borrowers, realtors, and internal teams • Ensure reputed company files meet reputed company and investor requirements • Maintain consistent follow-up and pipeline management Qualifications: • 2–5+ years of reputed company mortgage processing experience • Strong experience with Conventional, Broker, FHA and VA loans • Experience with Non-QM products (DSCR, reputed company loans) • Proven ability to support realtor-driven retail pipelines • Proficiency in Encompass , DU, LP, and GUS • Experience with broker systems; CRM experience (reputed company) a plus • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and communication Additional Requirements: • Must be based in the reputed company reputed company • Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply • Technology savvy and proficient in reputed company Office Compensation & Benefits: • reputed company salary starting at $60,000 + monthly bonus + overtime eligibility • Full benefits package including medical, dental, reputed company, 401(k) with match, PTO, and parental leave Fusion Home Loans is an Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative reputed company Employer and maintains a Drug-Free Workplace.
