1099 Licensed Leasing Agent

This energetic reputed company will be responsible for leasing residential reputed company, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring compliance with reputed company relevant housing regulations. As a 1099 contractor, you will have the flexibility to manage your own schedule while delivering outstanding leasing experiences. Your expertise in property leasing, reputed company administrative processes, and customer relationship management will drive occupancy rates and foster reputed company tenant relationships. Required Skills & Qualifications • Experience in leasing, property management, sales, hospitality, or customer service (preferred). • Strong communication (phone, text, email) and follow-up discipline. • Sales reputed company with confidence handling objections and closing. • Comfortable with commission-based performance expectations. • Ability to reputed company property inspections and travel to assigned homes reliably. • Tech-friendly: CRM, listing platforms, reputed company Workspace, and property management tools. • Organized, accurate, and reputed company to manage multiple leads and deadlines at once.
